By using this website, requesting an estimate, or engaging SkyVision Installations for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any written service details provided for your installation.
Services & Estimates
SkyVision Installations provides services including TV mounting, wire concealment, soundbar installation, fireplace mounting, and related home entertainment setup. Website and estimator pricing is preliminary and may change after site conditions, equipment, scope, or special requirements are confirmed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, safe access to the installation area, permission to perform the requested work, and disclosure of known conditions that could affect the installation.
Equipment & Mounts
Customer-supplied TVs, mounts, soundbars, cables, and other equipment must be suitable for the intended installation. We may decline to install equipment we reasonably believe is unsafe, damaged, incompatible, incomplete, or inappropriate for the surface or application.
Walls & Hidden Conditions
Wall construction and concealed conditions are not always visible before work begins. Hidden plumbing, wiring, structural conditions, fire blocking, unusual materials, or prior modifications may require a change in scope, additional work, or a different installation method.
Wire Concealment
Wire-concealment options depend on wall construction, access, equipment, electrical requirements, and applicable safety standards. Work involving electrical power may require a different solution or appropriately licensed trade depending on the circumstances.
Scheduling & Payment
Scheduling is subject to availability. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or payment requirements communicated for a specific appointment become part of that service arrangement. Payment is due as agreed for the completed scope of work.
Workmanship
We aim to provide careful, professional workmanship. If you believe there is an issue with completed work, contact us promptly so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate response.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkyVision Installations is not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, manufacturer defects, failures of customer-supplied equipment, or consequences outside the reasonable control of the installation service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
